Plan Benefits
Brake Cleaning & Adjustment: Per vehicle maintenance guidelines and vehicle mileage.
Brake Flush: Per vehicle maintenance guidelines and vehicle mileage.
Brake Pads: Brake pad replacement labor is covered per axle, per service. Parts not included.
Battery Service: Per vehicle maintenance guidelines and vehicle mileage.
Battery Replacement: We cover the labor of the battery removal and replacement, you pay for the battery. (1 per year)
Fluid Top Off: We will top off your windshield washer fluid and coolant as needed with no leaks present.
Tire Pressure Adjustment: This does not include TPMS reset or diagnostic.
Tire Rotation:Tires are rotated from front to back and must have a minimum tread depth of 5/32 of an inch. Additionally, there must atleast a 2/32 of an inch difference in tread depth between the front and rear tires. Rim size can not exceed 22 inches.
Fuel Induction Service: Per vehicle maintenance guidelines and vehicle mileage.
Coolant Flush: Per vehicle maintenance guidelines and vehicle mileage.
Fuel Replenishment: Manufacturer recommended octane fuel will be delivered up to 20 gallons per visit. Cost per gallon varies. You will be told price the day of appointment. Free deliver with other mechanical service.
Car Wash and Vacuum: Must be scheduled with other service. Vehicles must be parked at least 7 feet away from any vehicle and structure. Cars will not be washed if there is active rain or rain is in the forecast or temperature is below 40 degrees. Vacuum only; does not include trash removal or cleaning surfaces.
Emissions Test: Must be scheduled with other mobile service. Test performed by independent contractor and may not be available at the same time as your appointment. In that case the technician working on your vehicle will drive your vehicle to the nearest test site at no charge to you. We are not responsble for the results.
Wiper Blade Set: Front windshield wiper blades only if torn or worn. (1 set per year)
Cabin Air Filter: Replacement based on condition and mileage.
Engine Air Filter: Replacement based on condition and mileage.
10% off discount on all mobile repair services that are not included in any subscription plan.
Golden Senior
Individuals enrolled in this plan must be 80 years of age or older, present a Valid Drivers License and named as the registered vehicle owner. Vehicle must be not exceed 5,000 miles per year.

Senior Couple
Both enrollees in this plan must be 62 years of age, present a Valid Drivers License and named as the registered vehicle owner. Receive all the benefits of a young senior plan.
Young Senior
Individuals enrolled in this plan must be 62 years of age and present a Valid Drivers License and be named as the registered vehicle owner.
Pro Driver
Benefits are based on mileage, maintenance guidelines and component condition.
User Accounts
To use most Services, you must create and maintain an account. Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date personal and vehicle information, including a valid payment method. Failure to do so may result in account termination. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must safeguard your login credentials. Report any unauthorized use immediately.
Scheduling a Job
To request a service appointment (a "Job"), you must specify the required service, location, and preferred time. You are responsible for providing a suitable and accessible location. Once scheduled, a price estimate and technician details may be provided. Any changes must be documented on the MARSS by RTBM platform. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
You must treat technicians respectfully, provide a safe working environment, and cooperate to facilitate job completion. Technician availability may vary.
Certain engine and cooling components may break due to age and wear. MARSS by RTBM is not liable for such failures but will provide a revised estimate if replacement is needed. If you wish to keep replaced parts, notify us in advance; core fees and disposal responsibility apply.
Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receiving communications via email, text, and calls, including promotional messages. You can opt out of texts by replying "STOP." Call masking may be used for privacy.
Promotional Codes
Promo codes may be issued for discounts or benefits. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked at any time. Misuse, fraud, or violation of promo terms may result in loss of benefits.
User Content
Any content you provide (feedback, reviews, etc.) remains your property but grants MARSS by RTBM a global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it. You must not submit offensive or unlawful content. We may review and remove content at our discretion.
Network Access and Devices
You are responsible for securing the necessary hardware, devices, and data access to use our Services. We are not liable for internet or electronic communication malfunctions.
Payment Terms
You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the Vehicle Services you receive from a Technician (“Charges”). Charges may include any applicable federal, state and local taxes. At the time you schedule a Job, we will record your preferred payment method information and validate your payment information. You authorize the payment of Charge(s) according to your preferred payment method information, or, if applicable, the payment of a Late Cancellation Fee if you cancel the Job and the payment of rescheduling fee if you reschedule the Job. You agree not to make any alternative payment arrangement with the Technician who performs the Job. While we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all credit cards and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties, and you agree to hold us harmless for any damages that may result therefrom.
After you have received Vehicle Services obtained through your use of the Service, we will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Technician, as such Technician's limited payment collection agent. Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Technician. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by us. All Charges are due immediately. If your primary payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that we may, as the Technician's limited payment collection agent, use a secondary payment method in your Account, if available.
We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all Vehicle Services at any time in our sole discretion. If a Technician changes the Vehicle Services needed, or adds additional Vehicle Services, you authorize the payment of updated or modified Charges. If the Technician determines that your car requires services other than the Vehicle Services you specified in your original Job Request or that the Technician is not able to perform such work, you may be charged a separate diagnosis fee.
Termination
Termination by MARSS by RTBM. We may terminate this Agreement or terminate or suspend your Account immediately at any time for any reason or for no reason upon notice to you. If we terminate or suspend your Account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your Account, we reserve the right to pursue any available legal action. When terminating your Account, we may delete the Account and any information in it. You have no ownership rights to your Account.
Termination by You. You may terminate this Agreement by completely and permanently ceasing to use the Services (provided that there are no outstanding Services ordered under your Account). If you attempt to terminate this Agreement while there are still outstanding Services ordered under your Account, this Agreement shall not terminate until such Services have been performed or otherwise canceled as permitted by this Agreement.
Reschedule and Cancellation
Force Majeure. Any delay in the availability of the Service or the performance of any Job will not be considered a breach of this Agreement if such delay is caused by a fire, earthquake, flood, war, terrorist act, governmental act, failure of common carriers (including Internet service providers), act of God, or any other event beyond the control of MARSS by RTBM or the mechanic, provided that performance is resumed as soon as possible.
For purposes of this Cancellation Policy, “Claim” means the first use or redemption of any element of the MARSS Subcription Service.
There will be a waiting period from the purchase date on this Agreement of 45 days before a MARSS subcription Membership is available for use. After 45 days, the MARSS subcription Membership is fully active and can be redeemed and scheduled at Marssmobile.com. Any unused MARSS subcription Memberships at the end of each year, beginning from the date of purchase, will expire and be forfeited and not roll over to the next year.
This MARSS Subcription Service Agreement is cancelable by the Contract Holder. If the Contract Holder or the Lienholder cancels this agreement within the first thirty (30) days, the selling entity will refund the entire price paid under this Agreement.
The Contract Holder may not cancel this MARSS Subcription Service agreement before the end of the twelve (12) month term of this agreement.
This Contract is transferable, subject to the availability of unused benefits. A fifty-dollar ($35.00) service fee will be charged against all refunds for cancellations.
Weather-Related Appointment Cancellations
At MARSS, the safety and well-being of our technicians and customers is our top priority. While we strive to schedule appointments based on weather forecasts, unexpected conditions may occasionally require us to cancel or reschedule services. We will cancel appointments in the event of:
Severe weather warnings including thunderstorms, snow, hail, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
Rain or other hazardous conditions that could impact service quality or technician safety.
Extreme temperatures exceeding 90°F or dropping below 40°F.
Whenever possible, we proactively adjust our schedule to avoid last-minute cancellations. If your appointment is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Cancellation of Jobs by you. You may cancel a scheduled Job at any time, subject to the following:
If you reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time for the job or scheduled service, there is no reschedule or cancellation fee.
If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time for the job or scheduled service, you will be charged a $100 fee.
If you schedule your job for within the next 12 hours, you will have 3 hours from the time you booked the appointment to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
Cancellation of Jobs by Technicians. When a Technician cancels a scheduled Job, we generally notify you and make your service request available for another Technician. However, we cannot guarantee that a canceled Job will be selected by another Technician and rescheduled or that the Job Request will be completed. Technicians reserve the right to refuse a Job Request. You hereby agree to hold us harmless from any liability that may result from the cancellation of a Job or refusal of a Technician to complete a Job.
There may be instances where, after a Technician has arrived at your location, the Technician finds that he or she is not able to successfully complete the Job, for reasons including, without limitation, that the Technician does not have access or permission to work on your vehicle at the location you provided, that the location is not fit for automotive services (e.g., unsafe location or uneven surface), or that the information you provided with respect to your vehicle is inaccurate or incomplete (e.g. wrong vehicle information or vandalized car). In such instances, you may be charged a minimum fee or Late Cancellation Fee of $100.
Diagnosis and Inspection Policy
MARSS by RTBM does not provide state or SMOG inspections. Scheduling an inspection through our platform does not guarantee your vehicle will pass any official inspection.
If you book a diagnostic service, the Technician will assess the issue using visual inspections and appropriate tests. Diagnoses rely on experience, but we cannot guarantee that all issues will be identified in the first visit. Some problems require a process of elimination—replacing a suspected faulty part and reassessing the issue.
Following a diagnosis, you may request recommended repairs. Our Limited Warranty applies only to completed repairs, not the diagnosis itself or other underlying vehicle issues. For example, if an oil leak is found, the Technician may repair the most apparent source first. If additional leaks exist, further repairs will require separate charges.
If you book a repair without a prior diagnosis and the requested service is not feasible in a mobile setting or a different repair is needed, we may charge for one hour of labor if you decline the necessary service. To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend scheduling a diagnosis if you're unsure of the issue.
